We have a fully equipped 65,000 sq ft factory supported by an estimating and design office facility which can evaluate all types of requirements from the small extensions to larger industrial, commercial or residential projects.

Our office support includes access to fully qualified structural engineers specialist estimators and designers.

Our core products are:

Roof Trusses and associated timber and metalwork supplies.

Roof trusses can be used in most applications from simple extensions, housing projects through to larger projects such as offices, schools and commercial buildings.

Our service is based on manufacture and supply and we provide detailed working drawings for site installation purposes.

We also provide detailed calculations for building control and can include collateral warranties if required.

Open Web ‘Posi-joist’ flooring systems.

A detailed costing will be provided from your working drawings and will include for a fully made to measure floor joist system in this innovative design which requires no cutting or drilling for the installation of services.

Steico ‘I Joist’ flooring system.

We provide I-Beams cut to length as a system complete with all metalwork and fixings required to complete the floor. Detailed drawings are supplied as part of the package and all components are labelled for site installation purposes.

SIPS Environmental Building Systems fully installed.

A timber frame building system with exceptionally low energy requirements resulting in low fuel costs. Low U – values, reduced cold bridging and exceptional air tightness all contribute to a building envelope which reduces fuel consumption and contributes to the governments low carbon emission targets.

At Glosford we can design, price, manufacture and supply your requirements. We can also erect a typical 4 bed dwelling in around 5 – 7 days.
